At Radhika Jewellers, we ensure your 925 sterling silver jewellery is carefully packed and delivered safely to your doorstep. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: A COD handling charge of ₹125 is applicable.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Once dispatched, delivery is typically completed within 4–7 business days depending on your location and pincode.
Please note that personalised or custom jewellery items may take longer to process and ship.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email on your registered contact details.
You can use the tracking link to monitor your delivery status at any time.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery at your provided address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
In case of a failed delivery attempt, the courier partner will try re-delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.
Unserviceable Pincodes
We deliver across India through our trusted courier partners. However, in rare cases, some pincodes may not be serviceable.
If your pincode is unserviceable, our team will contact you with available alternatives or process a full refund.
Delays & Exceptions
While we always aim for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, local restrictions, or courier-related issues beyond our control.
We are not liable for shipping delays once the order has been handed over to the courier partner. All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Damaged Packages
If your package appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at radhikaa_jewellers@yahoo.com.
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package, as it is required to process any claims for damaged or missing items.
Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us at radhikaa_jewellers@yahoo.com as soon as possible.
Address changes can only be accommodated before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, we are unable to redirect the package.
