COD (Cash on Delivery)

COD is available across 24,000+ pincodes in India. A ₹125 handling charge is added to all COD orders at checkout.

Please keep exact cash ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partners are unable to provide change.

Choose any prepaid payment method (UPI, card, net banking) and enjoy free shipping on your order. No minimum order value required.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successful, you will receive:

✦ An order confirmation email
✦ An SMS confirmation on your registered mobile number
✦ A WhatsApp update (if your number is on WhatsApp)

Payment Failures

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, please do not worry. Failed transaction amounts are automatically reversed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

If the amount is not reversed within 7 business days, contact us at radhya710@gmail.com with your transaction reference number and we will resolve it immediately.
