Refund policy

At Radhika Jewellers, shop with complete confidence with our hassle-free return and exchange policy. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery — no unnecessary questions asked.


Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with original tags intact and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns of products purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 or any other promotional offer will be eligible for store credit only.

Items sold at a discounted or strike-through price (without a coupon code) are still eligible for return.


Initiating a Return Request
To start a return, contact us at radhikaa_jewellers@yahoo.com with the following details:

  • Your Order ID and registered contact number
  • Reason for return
  • Minimum two clear images of the item
  • Your pickup address and preferred pickup date
  • Your preferred refund method

Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Please note that returns will need to be sent to: 14/16, Indrapuri Complex, Near Abhilasha Square, New Sama Road, Vadodara – 390008, Gujarat.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

An unboxing video is required to process any claims for missing items. Please record your package being opened from its sealed state for your claim to be considered.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at radhikaa_jewellers@yahoo.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalised jewellery (special orders or engravings)
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale (as indicated on the product page)
  • Gift cards


Exchanges – Within 30 Days
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We cover the following exchange cases:

  • Damaged Item – Exchange with the same item
  • Wrong Item Received – Exchange with the same item
  • Size / Fit Issue – Exchange with the same variant

If the exact item is unavailable, our team will assist you with the closest available variant or process a full refund.


Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved:

  • Prepaid orders – Refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • COD orders – Refunded to your UPI ID or bank account as provided by you
